Notes: Investigative piece connecting a Feb 21, 2026 vp.net “Hide and Speak” livestream (featuring Flock CLO Dan Haley and Chambers County TX Chief Deputy Skylor Hearn) to a nearly-identical talking point that appeared on Flock’s corporate blog a week later. Exposes that Hearn is also Executive Director of the Sheriffs’ Association of Texas and a former registered lobbyist for Clearview AI (2020-2022), undisclosed on the livestream. This is the same livestream Jonathan appeared on (see YouTube entry) representing the Bend, Oregon Flock ban effort.
