Notes: Example of SB 1516 compliance in practice from a neighboring Central Oregon agency. Sunriver PD has been publishing monthly Flock ALPR audits since March 2026 — in contrast to Bend PD, which as of the June 2026 Source Weekly reporting (cataloged separately) had not yet published required audits because vendor Axon hadn’t delivered them.
