The issue summary states $96,502.28 represented existing Axon Air purchases and that additional licensing would bring the contract ceiling to $110,069.24, identifying a $13,566.96 quote as the proposed increment. It had been miscategorized under the bundled OSP contract entry (#3481); corrected there accordingly.
