Notes: City press release plus July 20, 2022 Council issue summary approving the Axon Fleet 3 in-car camera system. Companion document set (also hosted on jonathanwestmoreland.com): Issue Summary, Axon Master Services and Purchasing Agreement, Axon Quote, First Amendment to the MSPA, Notice of Intent to Award, NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement No. OK-MA-145-15, and Oregon Participating Addendum. The Axon Quote is independently corroborated by a City-hosted copy on Bend’s own Granicus system (clip_id=705, meta_id=59920), which confirms the same $679,500.25 total and specifies 65 Fleet 3 ALPR licenses ($176,400.25 over 60 months), 65 per-vehicle installations, and ALPR license dates of August 1, 2023 through July 31, 2028. The same clip_id=705 event also hosts the July 20, 2022 issue summary itself (meta_id=59919) and the Axon Master Services and Purchasing Agreement (meta_id=59921, cataloged separately as #4494, covering Skyhook Wi-Fi positioning and pricing confidentiality terms).
