Notes: A roughly 35-document bundle obtained via public records request, covering the full life cycle of Bend PD’s Flock Safety ALPR contract: Motorola/Genetec Cloudrunner quotes, a BJA grant document, an award package (FAW-177625), the CJIS Security Policy (v5.9.5), the Flock agreement packet and Amendment 1, and an extensive email correspondence chain between Bend PD and Flock Safety staff negotiating contract terms, camera maps, and order forms — including several attorney-client-privileged records that were redacted before release. One item (“confidential-attorney-client-RE-Bend-PD-x-Flock…”) has a public copy still pending.
