CORRECTION (Aug. 2026): the Axon Standards Public Notice for Cooperative Procurement (Sept. 2023, cataloged separately) and the contract-language-updated quote (Q-485046-45315.920TS) were previously miscategorized here; both were confirmed via direct PDF review to belong to the Axon Air procurement instead (see #3480), not the OSP bundle. Note the stored filename reads “45315.919TS” but the quote document itself reads “45315.920TS” — a minor filename/document discrepancy, not a different document.
